Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, all Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current membership price for the applicable billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Once a Subscription renews, the renewal charge is non-refundable. You may cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or prior billing period.

It is your responsibility to manage your Subscription and renewal date. The Company is not responsible for missed emails, overlooked renewal notices, or failure to cancel prior to renewal.

The Company may modify pricing or benefits at any time. Changes apply to future renewal periods only. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of access.

USE OF TEMPLATES AND FORMS

Templates and forms are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

USE OF PAID COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL

GUESTS

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

Subscription renewals are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage, participation, or failure to review renewal notices.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless expressly stated in writing. If a refund is granted, all licenses terminate immediately and all materials must be destroyed.

ARBITRATION
