The Wise Network was born from a bold vision by founder Dedee Boring, who recognized the need for a space where women could confidently explore commercial real estate (CRE) as investors.

While women make up only 3% of CRE investors, Wise was created to change that statistic by providing a platform that educates, empowers, and connects women interested in building wealth through real estate investments.

What started as a local initiative in Austin, Texas, focusing on multifamily investments, has evolved into a thriving network spanning cities such as Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Denver, Raleigh, and Seattle. Wise is no longer just about networking; it’s a movement empowering women to unlock the opportunities that CRE investing offers.
