Stop Stalking Your Manifestations Like a Pizza Tracker

We all have dreams, ambitions, and goals we want to achieve. Yet, something often holds us back—not our skills, not our resources, but our own minds. Mental blocks are like invisible walls that keep us from stepping fully into our potential. And when it comes to money, success, and abundance, these blocks can be even stronger.

I know this struggle way too well. This isn’t me giving you advice from a mountaintop—I am in the trenches with you. One of the biggest mental blocks I battle every single day is trusting that things will work out the way they’re supposed to. The whole idea of manifesting financial success, believing that money will flow and opportunities will come, is something I wrestle with constantly.

I know I’m not alone. If you’ve ever doubted yourself, if you’ve ever felt like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to allow the success you want—let’s talk about it. Let’s work on this together.

Why Do Mental Blocks Happen?

Mental blocks come from deeply ingrained beliefs—ones we may not even realize are running the show. They shape our thoughts, which shape our actions, which shape our results. Here are some of the biggest ones I see (and, let’s be real, deal with myself):

  1. Fear of Failure – What if it doesn’t work? What if I lose everything? The fear of failing can be so overwhelming that we don’t even try.

  2. Fear of Success – As strange as it sounds, success can feel just as scary as failure. What if I succeed but can’t handle it? What if it changes my relationships or makes me feel like an imposter?

  3. Scarcity Mindset – Many of us grew up believing money is hard to come by, that it’s fleeting, or that wanting more is greedy. These subconscious beliefs sabotage our ability to attract abundance.

  4. Perfectionism – If we think something has to be perfect before we take action, we’ll never take action at all.

  5. Lack of Trust – This one is HUGE. Trusting the process, trusting that what we want is on its way, and trusting ourselves to handle what comes—this is where so many of us get stuck (myself included).

Reframing Manifestation: The Pizza Analogy

Let’s take a step back and look at the idea of manifestation through a simple analogy—ordering a pizza.

When you order a pizza, you state exactly what you want. Maybe you call in or place an order online for a large pepperoni pizza. You don’t obsess over it. You don’t keep calling the pizza place to make sure they understood your order. You don’t pace around your house Googling “does pizza delivery really work?” You simply trust that the pizza is on its way. Then, about 30 minutes later, it arrives at your door.

Imagine applying that same logic to your goals.

You place your order—whether that’s building a successful business, reaching financial freedom, or finding the perfect investment opportunity. You take action to support that goal, but you don’t obsess over it. You trust that it’s coming. You go about your life, knowing that in the right time, in the right way, it will arrive.

Here’s where I struggle—my brain LOVES refreshing the metaphorical pizza tracker. I want to check every five minutes to make sure the universe got my order. But that constant worry? That’s what actually delays things. Instead of attracting abundance, we attract stress, doubt, and roadblocks.

Breaking Free from Mental Blocks (Together)

If you’re reading this thinking, Yes, this is me too, let’s work on this together. Here’s what I’m doing to shift my mindset:

  1. Identifying Limiting Beliefs – Every time I catch myself spiraling into doubt, I write down what’s going through my head. What do I really believe about money? About success? The first step to fixing it is spotting it.

  2. Reframing Thoughts – Instead of “Money is hard to come by,” I remind myself, “Money flows easily to me.” Instead of “I’m not sure if this will work,” I say, “I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.”

  3. Taking Aligned Action – Manifestation isn’t about sitting back and waiting for things to magically happen. It’s about taking intentional steps while trusting the process. Move forward without micromanaging every detail.

  4. Practicing Detachment – This is so hard, but I’m working on setting my goal and then letting go of the need to control the when and how. Just like with the pizza order, I don’t need to hover over it.

  5. Celebrating Small Wins – Even tiny victories count. Every little thing that goes right, I acknowledge. It builds momentum and reinforces the belief that things are actually working out.

Final Thoughts

Overcoming mental blocks isn’t about flipping a switch and suddenly having unshakable confidence. It’s about daily work—rewiring our thoughts, shifting our habits, and trusting the process.

I am still figuring this out. I still have days when I want to doubt everything. But I know that awareness is half the battle, and accountability is the other half. So, let’s hold each other to it. Let’s remind each other to stop refreshing the damn pizza tracker and start trusting that our order is already on the way.

What’s your “pizza order” today? Drop it in the comments—I want to hear what you’re manifesting, and let’s make sure we all stop obsessing and start trusting.
