Usage of Photographic and Video Material at Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer Events

Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer enforces specific guidelines regarding the utilization of multimedia at its events, encompassing photography, videography, audio recording, online streaming, and any forthcoming mediums. Please note that photographs taken at Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer  events should not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or commercially exploited in any form or manner. Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer  may engage professional service providers (photographers, videographers, audio technicians) to document and exhibit the event experience. Additionally, Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer  may employ social media platforms (e.g., Twitter) for the following purposes: (i) posting real-time photos and videos on its social media channels, and (ii) displaying selected submissions from those channels on its website. Your attendance at the conference signifies your understanding and agreement with the following:

(a) Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer r reserves the right to edit and utilize captured footage from the event for marketing, promotional activities, and any other legitimate purposes within the scope of its business.

(b) Due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices today, Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer  disclaims all liability for the recording of your image in any multimedia format by fellow attendees at the event.

Recording Notice and Consent

In connection with your participation in the conference, you hereby consent and grant permission for your likeness to be captured through various means, including still photography, video, digital photography, and other methods. These images may be used across WiseHer's programs and applications and may appear in printed materials distributed at our events, including access to presentations and other activities for distribution to both event attendees and those who may not have attended but will view the recordings live or at a later date. By agreeing to this, you grant explicit permission to Women in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer and the conference sponsors to use your name and likeness in photographs, videos, and other digital or hard copy recordings. These materials may be broadcasted, preserved digitally or on paper, and reproduced in any and all of its applications, sites, and publications. This grant is made without expectation of payment or any other form of compensation, and you explicitly waive any and all rights to royalties or other forms of compensation.

By completing your ticket purchase, you release, hold harmless, and indemnify TWomen in Multifamily Association, LLC DBA Wise and WiseHer and the sponsors of the conference from any and all liability associated with the use and dissemination of your name, likeness, and image.
